Tuition Rates for 2012-2013 and Summer 2012

Semester: $675.00 for affiliate or member, or $750 for all other students
Year: $1345.50 for affiliate or member, or $1495 for all other students
Summer: $382.50 for affiliate or member, or $425 for all other students
Professional Development: $427.50 for affiliate or member, or $475  for all other participants

A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is required with the online application for school year courses for students who are not from a member or affiliate school.

All tuition must be paid in full before the first day of classes.

Refund Policy
Student course tuition is fully refundable for any reason prior to the start of a course.  The Online School for Girls will refund 50% of tuition within 14 days after start date of full year, first semester or second semester courses and within 7 days after the start date of Summer and Extension courses. No refunds will be granted after 14 days of a full year, first semester, or second semester course, or 7 days of a Summer or Extension course. Students unable to complete a course due to illness, family trauma, or other highly disruptive events (as determined by the Online School for Girls’ administration), will be permitted to complete the course the next semester that course is offered by the Online School for Girls at no additional cost to the student, her school, or her family. Classes canceled for insufficient enrollment will be eligible for a full refund.

Tuition rates for member and affiliate schools for students and faculty members in all OSG courses (school-year courses, summer courses, extension courses, and professional development courses) are only applicable to current students and faculty members at a member or affiliate school, with the member or affiliate school defining the terms “student” and “faculty member” means to that community.

Professional Development tuition is fully refundable up to ten days prior to the course, and fully transferable to another Online School for Girls Professional Development course after ten days prior to the course through seven days into a course’s start.  After seven days from the start of a course, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Drop/Add Policy
Students may enroll in courses with the Online School for Girls up to two weeks after the start date of a semester or full year course, or up to 7 days after the start of a summer course. Students may elect to withdraw from courses within thirty days of the start date of a semester or full year course without penalty to their transcript. Students who withdraw after thirty days will receive a  transcript indicating “withdrew passing” or “withdrew failing”.
