Online School for Girls offers many professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators. Each of our four-week online courses allows participants not only the opportunity to learn about new theories and tools, but also to connect with other educators from around the world. Participants can expect to spend an average of 4 to 6 hours a week engaged in the coursework.
To date, we have had participants from 24 states, England, Canada, Australia and India take part in our professional development courses.
Registration is currently closed for summer courses. As courses for the 2012-2013 school year are announced, they will be listed below. In 2011-2012, the following courses will be offered:
Spring: March 3 – March 31, 2012 (Special NAIS-OSG course: March 19-April 1, 2012)
Summer Session I: May 25 – June 22, 2012
Summer Session II: June 22 – July 20, 2012
Summer Session III: July 20 – August 17, 2012
Tuition for a four-week Professional Development Course:
$427.50 for participants at member or affiliate schools
$475 for all other participants
$125 for special two-week NAIS course
